Japan Executive Limousine was founded in Los Angeles in 1989.
For more than three decades, JE has supported Japanese corporations, executives, government officials, VIPs, and travelers throughout the United States, earning a strong reputation for reliability, safety, and personalized service.
JAPAN × USA
Building on JE's experience and trusted relationships in the United States, JEL Networks was established in 2019 through a strategic capital partnership with Japan.
Its first mission was to create a seamless transportation bridge between Japan and the United States. To support that mission, JEL Networks developed a nationwide network with six long-established limousine and chauffeur-service companies across Japan.

Looking ahead to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games, JEL Networks is entering a new phase. Our role is expanding beyond transportation.

As the first regional model for our cultural initiative, Fukuoka Limousine Service has developed premium tours and VIP services throughout Fukuoka and Northern Kyushu.

Our partner, Fukuoka Limousine Service, operates valet parking services for The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka, providing high-level hospitality services in central Fukuoka.
The company also employs multilingual concierge drivers who can support both leisure travelers and international business executives.
Its services are designed to accommodate different travel needs. For example, a business executive may take advantage of a cultural experience between meetings, while accompanying family members can enjoy a customized sightseeing program during the executive's business schedule.
These destination-based limousine tours are designed to give visitors a more flexible and personalized way to experience Fukuoka and the surrounding region.

An Executive Lounge Experience in Central Fukuoka
Located in central Fukuoka, FLAGS Fukuoka is an approximately 2,500-square-foot executive lounge offering access to Japanese craftsmanship, art, regional products, and cultural experiences.
① TEA ROOM
A unique tea room created using Okawa Kumiko, a traditional woodworking technique from Fukuoka. Guests can experience traditional Japanese tea culture in a space combining intricate craftsmanship with 16-color LED lighting that creates an atmosphere inspired by the aurora and outer space.
② GALLERY
Guests can view selected works by Manji Inoue, a Living National Treasure recognized for his mastery of white porcelain, along with Arita porcelain and other examples of traditional Japanese ceramic art.
③ SHOCHU BAR
In partnership with Beniotome Shuzo, a long-established distillery in Northern Kyushu, FLAGS Fukuoka features a limited 22-year-aged shochu barrel. Guests can enjoy tastings at a specially designed Kyushu Shochu Project bar counter, with selected products also available for purchase.

ARITA ／ SAGA
A private tour exploring Arita's 400-year porcelain tradition, including visits connected with distinguished kilns and master craftsmen.
YANAGAWA ／ FUKUOKA
A cultural journey through the historic canal city of Yanagawa, featuring the legacy of the Tachibana family and a premium riverboat experience.
OKAWA ／ FUKUOKA
An opportunity to see and experience the craftsmanship of Okawa Kumiko, a traditional woodworking technique also used aboard JR Kyushu's luxury train, Seven Stars in Kyushu.
EXPANDING THE MODEL ACROSS JAPAN
Northern Kyushu serves as the first model for this new approach.
Building on the experience developed in Fukuoka, JEL Networks plans to work with partner companies in other regions of Japan to develop locally distinctive cultural experiences. Each region has its own traditions, craftsmanship, history, cuisine, and character.
